It's takes many hours of organizing and even more patience to work with the kids and be successful, what you did in a short period of time was nothing short of amazing. “My 6th grade son has been playing lacrosse for the last five years and no coach or trainer has elevated his game like Coach Mike Squillante has! Coach Mike began training my son a year ago and almost immediately, I began seeing a dramatic improvement in his game. His stick stills improved, his shots were more accurate, and his dodging and defensive skills significantly increased. Coach Mike is so knowledgeable about the sport having played for many years, and in college, that he provides instruction and encouragement to my son in a way that has taken his game to a whole new level. Mike recently started training my 4th grade son as well and his stick and shooting skills are improving each week! Mike is a positive role model for my boys and encourages them to work hard and be the best they can be on and off the field.
Recently GSLA traveled to Saratoga Springs, NY, for our first tournament with a 5/6 grade team. My son had a blast playing for Coach Mike and Coach Brian and being with his friends. Both Mike and Brian were supportive to the boys and provided correction and guidance without tearing anyone down. The boys played hard, met new friends, and made memories that will last a lifetime. Being part of GSLA is like being part of a family. I would highly recommend GSLA to anyone who is serious about lacrosse and wants to improve their game.”
