A NJ Lacrosse Hall of Famer

Brigitte was high school and collegiate star which led to her induction in to the NJ Lacrosse Hall of Fame. She attended Maple Shade High School, where she was a three time all-section selection and served as co-captain of her team. She went on to play at Trenton State College earning first-team All-New Jersey Athletic Conference Honors. She was also a collegiate All-American selection. Geiger led Trenton State in scoring in her last two seasons, and was second on the team in scoring as a sophmore while leading the team in assists that same year. Brigitte competed with the Central NJ/NY club team helping the squad to the U.S. Women’s Lacrosse Association national tournament several times and led the squad in scoring in three straight seasons. Brigitte's collegiate and post collegiate accomplishments led to her and also playing with the U.S. Women’s Lacrosse Squad for three seasons.

After her playing career, Brigitte went on to coach Montclair State University and was a member of the Mount Olive Township organizing committee to bring lacrosse to the township in 2002. Brigitte has also served as the vice president of the Mount Olive Junior Lacrosse Club Girls Division. Brigitte has also gone on to coach at the All-American National Lacrosse Classic for Team NJ
